Processing and Shipping

All orders are packed within 2-3 business days of ordering. Shipping times for untracked letter mail can fluctuate and are unable to be tracked.

Shipping within Australia - Letter shipping can take 5 business days to arrive. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the 5 day time frame.

Shipping outside Australia - Letter shipping can take 15+ business days to arrive. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the 15+ day time frame.

US Shipping - There is no tracked option for US shipping at the moment.

Lost/Missing

If you believe your order is lost or missing and tracking was not purchased, we are unable to replace the order. To ensure the ability to locate your order we recommend tracked shipping.

Broken Items

If your keychain or phone charm breaks up to 3 months after your order I'll happily replace it if I have it in stock or order a replacement for you. If it has been longer than 3 months I am unable to replace it. Unfortunately these items are not expected to last forever and things do break.

US Tariffs 

There is a 5% price increase on all products for US customers to compensate the price of US tariffs. There will be no additional charges to US customers after purchase.
