Processing and Shipping

All orders are packed within 2-3 business days of ordering. Shipping times for untracked letter mail can fluctuate and are unable to be tracked.

Lost/Missing

If you believe your order is lost or missing and tracking was not purchased, we are unable to replace the order. To ensure the ability to locate your order we recommend tracked shipping.

US Tariffs 

There is a 10% price increase on all products for US customers to compensate the price of US tariffs. There will be no additional charges to US customers after purchase.
